The olives and the
olive-trees
 History and Religion have always been adorned by the olive tree and its branches.
The most olives in Koroni are "Koroneiki".
The flavor ist intensiv peppery with almond and apple nuances.
During January the ripened olives, after their harvest, end up in the olive press.
There, having been smashed and hardly pressed, and after they are infiltrated, yield the excellent famous olive oil.
